CMCP260 NEMA 4 and 4X Junction Boxes / Enclosures

NEMA 4 and 4X Enclosures are provided by STI for housing of any instrument. These enclosures are not limited to house STI products, although STI should be contacted for any non standard configuration.

The enclosures' covers have a continuous hinge on the long side of the unit for convenience, and are secured to the enclosure with clamps. The enclosures are available in NEMA 4 or NEMA 4X to suit most applications. All enclosures are provided with an oil resistant gasket and clamps for easy screwdriver access.

NEMA 4 Painted Steel Enclosures:

The interior and exterior of this enlclosure is coated in ANSI61 powder Each enclosure is constructed from 14 gauge mild steel and is designed for use in areas which may be regularly hosed down or are very wet. Suitable for indoor or outdoor installations.

This enclosure is constructed from 14 gauge 304 stainless steel rather than a mild steel. This gives the enclosure all the benefits of the NEMA 4 enclosures with the added ability of resistance to corrosive environments.
