Accelerometer Mounting Hardware

STI offers a complete line of Accelerometer Mounting Hardware including Mounting Pads or Discs, Epoxy, NPT Adapters, Motor Fin mounts and End Mils. All Accelerometer Mounting Hardware is in stock and ready for immediate delivery. STI also offers the CMCP250 Kit which includes all the accelerometer mounting hardware required to install up to 33 Accelerometers. Accelerometer Installation Guide

	CMCP-Magnetic Base-01 Magnetic Mounting for any 1/4-28 Accelerometer. Our 2-Pole Magnetic Base for Accelerometers is 3/4" in Diameter and has an integral 1/4"-28 UNF mounting stud. Using rare earth magnets the pull strength is >20lbs. 2-Pole allows for mounting on flat or curved surfaces such as bearing caps.
	CMCP200 Accelerometer Mounting Pads For epoxy mounting to machine - 1/4"-28 threaded hole. Our stainless steel mounting pads are used to provide a flat surface for mounting accelerometers. They may be stud or epoxy mounted. They are available in magnetic and non-magnetic versions and with and without 1/4"-28 UNF threaded hole.
	CMCP203 Pipe Thread Accelerometer Mounting Adaptor Converts 1/4"-28 accelerometers to 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" or 3/4" NPT. CMCP203 Pipe Thread Adapters allow you to make use of existing 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" or 3/4" NPT holes on your bearing cap. They provide a smooth surface and a 1/4"-28 UNF threaded hole for mounting accelerometers.
	CMCP205 Accelerometer Motor Fin Mounts Painless solution for mounting accelerometers on cooling fins. STI's CMCP205 Motor Fin Mounts are used to mount accelerometers between electric motor cooling fins. Epoxy is used to hold them in place between the fins. They provide a smooth mounting surface for accelerometers and are provided with a 1/4"-28 UNF tapped hole.
