CMCP805 Eddy Probe Mounting Bracket

Mounting Brackets are used when installing eddy probes (proximity probes) internally in the machine. They may be mounted directly to the side of radial bearings using two (2) 10-32 Cap or M5 Screws. The brackets are 1/2" High x 1" Wide x 1" Deep (12.7 x 25.4 x 25.4 mm). The eddy probe mounting hole is offset 3/4" or 1/4" (19.05 or 6.35 mm) depending on the mounting direction of the block relative to the bearing. Tightening the mounting bolts applies a positive lock to the eddy probe preventing movement of the probe after mounting. These mounting blocks are available for 1/4"-28 UNF, 3/8"-24 UNF probe body threads. Since these mounting blocks are manufactured from aluminum, they may be easily machined in the field as required during installation.
