The CMCP-TKPro is used to provide a calibrated mechanical vibration using a variable speed Wobble Plate. A Precision Dial Indicator is used to position the Swing Arm to the desired amplitude. The Dial Indicator is then replaced with a Proximity Probe. Both the Proximity Probe System and Monitoring System can be verified by this method. The CMCP-TKPro’s Wobble plate is 4140 Steel which is the standard for all Proximity Systems. The CMCP-TKPro is battery powered using a long life Li-Ion battery, Smart Charger is included. The CMCP-TKPro also runs on AC power using the Smart Charger provided.

TKPro Shaft Rider - (CMCP-TKPro-SR)
The Teflon Tipped Spring Loaded Shaft Rider transforms the motion of the TKPro’s rotating wobble plate into linear mechanical motion for an Accelerometer or Accelerometer based Velocity Sensor. The Shaft Rider is not designed for calibration. However it does provide an easy and convenient way to verify sensor and monitoring system end to end operation.
Machined out of lightweight Aluminum and equipped with a replaceable glass filled Teflon Tip. The Aluminum Armature rides in an oil impregnated bronze linear bearing mounted in an Aluminum Collet. The assembly quickly and easily mounts in the swing arm of the TKPro.
